The beginning of digital education system has been initiated silently in and around the world. And most the education and courses are available rather than in offline mode. We all are familiar and preferred to take classes on WhatsApp but we are unable to check students' WhatsApp pdf file. Because WhatsApp doesn't all us to edit any PDFs directly. However, I have find out a trick to edit any PDF files directly with a PDF viewer app.

Let's learn to check students answer paper in pdf format received on WhatsApp using mobile phone.
- Download Microsoft Office app from Play Store.
- Reset or uninstall default PDF viewer app like Adobe Scan, Image to PDF, etc. In order to reset the default PDF viewer, go to settings or scroll down the notification bar on your phone and click the gear icon/settings>>Apps>>find out the app that your pdf opens by default and click it>>go to set as default>>click clear defaults. And it is optional, go to the office app>>click set as default>>click Open supported links and set as In this app.
- Now, go to WhatsApp and open a pdf withe Microsoft Office. While opening, you will get some selection choices to pick which which you want to use. At this time, select Office and tap always.
- On the top right corner of the PDF, you will see pencil icon which is an edit option, click it.
- Edit options will be enabled, you can use pen tools, highlighters, erasers, signature and text tools. You can use them for marking right or wrong, encircle words or highlighting any words.
- Once you finish corrections, click tick option on the top left corner of the PDF and then send it back to WhatsApp. When you close the pdf, you will see save option, if you need, you save the pdf on your phone, or if you don't require anymore, just discard it.
